If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the custom nature of many products sold through KIeStore, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless a product contains a manufacturing defect or production error.

Customers must report any eligible issues within seven (7) days of delivery.

7. Apparel Sizing & Product Variations

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, and sizing information before placing an order.

Because products may be manufactured specifically for an individual order, slight variations in color, sizing, print placement, and appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Variations caused by differences in screen displays or device settings are also not considered product defects.
